The present operating manual describes the application of the WCDMA UE function. It gives comprehensive information about the installation of the software, about manual as well as remote control of the instrument. Typical measurement tasks are explained in detail using the functions of the graphical user interface and a selection of program examples. The manual is organized as follows: Chapter 1 Describes the steps necessary for installing the software and putting the instrument into operation. Chapter 2 Gives an introduction to the application of the CMU for WCDMA TX measurements and presents typical measurement examples. Chapter 3 Gives an overview of the user interface and describes the concepts of measurement control and instrument configuration. Chapter 4 Represents the reference chapter providing detailed information on all functions of the user interface and their application. Chapter 5 Describes the basics of remote control of the instrument for WCDMA TX measurements. Chapter 6 Lists all remote control commands for WCDMA TX measurements. At the end of the chapter the commands are grouped together according to their function (measurement groups or configurations) and sorted in alphabetical order.
