It has just told you to "INCREASE THE MESH LINE RATIO LIMIT"!
Mesh -> Global Mesh Properties..., then change the number in "mesh line ratio limit".
You can also try to increase the "lines per wavelength" and/or "lower mesh limit".
Or, apply a suitable template.

I tried to simulated a sample project myself ,but I faced with this error,so this is the same problem for me
I changed the mesh line ratio limit to 30,100,1000 and 10000
but only for 10000 that problem was removed
and an other problem appeared:
"The discrete port1 is inside perfect conducting material.Please check the element location"
I attached the main file as "dipole.cst" and my file as "my_dipole.cst" and also the mesh view for these two files.
the problem wasn't solved by changing the mesh line ration ,lines per Wavelength or Lower mesh limit.
so,what's the solution?
