cst microwave installation guide

i am installing cst microwave but i got error in step 28 when i have to write the host name in the server and at the same time i have to start the license update manager,,,,,,,,,,,,,, when i press ok then i got the error,, i.e,,, error code -97,,,, plz help me in it,,,, i tried thrice but got the error,,,,

Looks like a flexlm error code to me

The desired vendor daemon is down.
1) Check the lmgrd log file, or 2) Try lmreread.
I believe FLEXlm was designed to irritate people, so you should expect this.
