CST - wave port for slotted line - How to define it?

Hi everyone,
Is there anybody help me how define a port for slotted line in CST?
I need this information so much.

the width of the waveguide port should be 2W upto 3W. where W is the width of the slot line.
the height of the port should be w for ungrounded slot line and W/2 above the slot line for the grounded slot line.
