Why my solvers button in CST are not active?

Hello,
Please why the slovers are not active ? I am new with CST.
please help

I've loaded model in newer CST. Solver buttons are active, but there is error with port definition - see attached picture. I am also not big expert in CST, but in general you should not have waveguide ports inside of simulation domain - they should be on boundary of your simulation-domain box.
Does you CST working well with other projects?

In this case this might be licensing problem. Try to contact CST support or resolve license issue yourself - reconfigure license server once again and so on.

I will comment on the picture shown by e_m_c. CST tells what the problem is. You need to place some PEC on the backside of the port, because you have the port inside the box.

If you didn't set up the frequncy band (start; stop) - a sinus botton (~)it will not be activated as well.
