CST Question Concerning CoventorWare

Hi,
I want to import Coventorware file into CST.
If we press import CoventorWare, we can only import 2D sat files. If we press import SAT, we can again only import 2D sat files.

Here, I want to import 3D meshed Coventor file. For example, if we do mech simulation with Coventorware, the shape of the structer changes from the original structure shape. I want to import this changed structure to CST.
What can I do to solve this problem?

Can you export step file? CST can import it if you have license for step
