Help in design square planar monopole with Trident-Shaped Feeding Strip in CST

can anyone help me how to design this antenna in CST?I dunno how to draw the structure in cst.Is there ant tutorial can guide me?

Do you have CST simulator?
go to the CST help > global search and then search "Antenna Tutorial Tutorials Single Antenna". it have valuable point to primary design.
