Simulate spherical capacitor in CST
How to simulate spherical capacitor connected in series using CST E-solver and then discharge them into load.
by spherical capacitor, do you mean two concentric spheres (like a basketball and a playground ball), or do you mean two spheres whose centers are separated by more that the sum of their radii (like the earth and the moon?
I don't know of anyone who actually builds either sort of device
what is the underlying circuit/process/desired operation?
I expect this sort of device will charge and discharge like any capacitor.
I actually want to discharge capacitors into load as manifested in attached figure.
that is quite common
as I understand it, CST E-solver is an electric field simulator
I take it therefore that you are interested in the electric field inside the capacitor
rather than the circuits used to charge and the discharge the capacitors.
i am not familiar with CST E-solver
i suggest you go through the tutorials and then re-ask the question with
a description of what you want to get from he simulation,
what you did, what you got, and what specific problems you have
