How to design a cross dipole antenna using cst software?

can somebody help me how to design a cross dipole antenna using cst software?i have try the R.Cahill journal (understanding measuring circular polarization) prototype but i dont understand it,,

Please help, this is my problem.

Dipole antennas are modeled by cylinders. and to design the cross one you should just define a new coordinate system perpendicular to the first one.
