照道理數(shù)值應(yīng)該會(huì)不一樣吧?

1. 退火銅COPPER(annealed): Annealing, in metallurgy and materials science, is a heat treatment wherein a material is altered, causing changes in its properties such as strength and hardness. It is a process that produces conditions by heating to above the recrystallization temperature, maintaining a suitable temperature, and then cooling. Annealing is used to induce ductility, soften material, relieve internal stresses, refine the structure by making it homogeneous, and improve cold working properties.
In the cases of copper, steel, silver, and brass, this process is performed by substantially heating the material (generally until glowing) for a while and allowing it to cool. Unlike ferrous metals—which must be cooled slowly to anneal—copper, silver and brass can be cooled slowly in air or quickly by quenching in water. In this fashion the metal is softened and prepared for further work such as shaping, stamping, or forming.
2. 退火銅是有自然冷卻(heating the material (generally until glowing) for a while and allowing it to cool.)。印象里hard-down銅是硬拉制銅,未經(jīng)退火,這兩種銅只是加工工藝的區(qū)別,具體到MW仿真時(shí)電參數(shù)應(yīng)該一樣,仿真結(jié)果應(yīng)該也相同,這點(diǎn)不太確定,等熟悉者進(jìn)一步解答。

改如何輸入到軟體中? 不知如何換算5.96e+007[S/m] ?
1. IACS (international annealing copper standard)國(guó)際退火銅標(biāo)準(zhǔn),
2. %IACS 是導(dǎo)電 率 conductivity .
3. 試 樣 電 導(dǎo)率與某一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值的比值的百分?jǐn)?shù)稱為該試樣的導(dǎo)電率。(注意電導(dǎo)率和導(dǎo)電率不同)
4. 導(dǎo) 電率 ( %IACS)=0.017241/ ρ*100%(國(guó)際退火銅標(biāo)準(zhǔn)),ρ是材料的電阻率。
5. 電導(dǎo)率γ=1/ρ,其單位為 S/m.
因此可以得出 %IACS=27% 電導(dǎo)率γ=1/ρ=0.27/0.017241=15.6603445 S/m (
與e+7差的有點(diǎn)大,等待牛人糾錯(cuò))
所以我要在El.cond裡面輸入15.6603445 S/m 是嗎?
不清楚小編使用的是什么版本,我所見過的CST版本退火銅是5.8,冷拉銅是5.96。

銅料中的導(dǎo)電百分比(IACS)為27 =>換算成CST El.cond等於15.6603445 S/m 對(duì)嗎?
還是有其他換算方法?
